1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern access to astragrow.pro (the "Site") and the use of the information services provided by Astragrow PRO ("we", "us"). By browsing the Site or submitting the registration form, you accept these Terms.
2. The service
The Site presents a trading platform assisted by an artificial intelligence engine. Its content — text, charts, forecasts, simulations and examples — is general information only. It does not take into account your investment objectives, financial situation or particular needs, and is not an offer, a solicitation or financial advice. Astragrow PRO is not licensed or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and does not hold a capital markets services licence or a financial adviser's licence.
Your registration request may be shared with partner investment service providers, who will contact you and provide their own terms, licensing details and risk disclosures. You can verify whether a provider is licensed on the MAS Financial Institutions Directory.
3. Engine forecasts
Forecasts generated by the engine are based on statistical models applied to historical and current data. They are probability estimates and may prove inaccurate, especially during unexpected events or periods of high volatility.
4. Eligibility
The Site is intended only for adults (18 years or older) with full legal capacity. You agree to provide accurate information that relates to you personally. Availability of partner services may vary by country.
